This tidy little chicken coop is a perfect chicken tractor for your backyard or small pasture providing you with the enjoyment of your own laying hens and farm-fresh or organic eggs.  You can enjoy your pet chickens while they provide eggs for you.   Fresh organic eggs are a healthy alternative to store bought eggs.  This chicken house will accomodate 10 to 12 hens and measures 4' x 6'. 

The top level of the coop features a perforated poly floor and two egg nests for your poultry to lay eggs.  This spacious 4' x 6' area provides ample space for feed and water. 

The chicken stairway provides the chickens access to the top or bottom level at their own free will.  The stairs latches up in place if you prefer to pen them in one section or the other.

For the times when you want your chickens to roam and scratch outside the pen, raising a small slide gate will let them out.  When they return for roosting at sundown, close the gate to provide a predator safe coop for your chickens.

The Hen Hutch has a movable feature not found in most chicken houses and pens, it can be moved to a fresh spot of grass without removing your hens.  This allows you to prevent the chickens from overgrazing.  The coop can be moved by raising it onto its four wheels by pushing down on the tongue until it latches in the up position.  Roll it to a fresh spot and lower the coop to the ground thus putting it in a locked and stationary postion. 

The Hen Hutch provides year-round shelter for your poultry.  In warm weather, the end panels can be removed to provide adequate ventilation to keep the upstairs comfortable.  In cold weather the Hen Hutch can be closed on all four sides.  Two baffles slide in under the floor and the stairway can be raised to cut down the draft.

The Hen Hutch is quality built chicken tractor to last many years. The frame is made of angle iron finished with hot-dipped galvanizing to prevent rust and increase longevity. The roof is made of steel and the end panels are a corrugated poly core.  These durable weather resistant materials increase the life of this portable chicken house.  The Hen Hutch is shipped partially knocked down and can be assembled in approximately two hours.  The shipping weight is approximately 400 pounds.
